Do you offer any sugar, gluten, or dairy free options?

We currently do not offer any sugar, gluten, or dairy free cake options.

What shapes and sizes are available?

We offer cake rounds and squares in 6” to 20” sizes.

How much are custom tier cakes?

Custom, multi-tier cakes start at 250 dollars. For further information, please submit an inquiry or schedule a consultation with our coordinator.

Is there a charge for a cake tasting appointment?

Cake tasting appointments are complimentary and feature your choice of four (4) flavor + filling combinations. Additional choices may be purchased for 5 dollars each. 

How are cake tastings offered?

We now offer sit-in tasting appointments. This is our preferred option as we would love the opportunity to meet and sit with you to discuss details and work together face-to-face on making your dream cake a reality. However, we realize that it's not always possible or preferred for our guests, so pick-up is also an option.

What can I expect during a cake tasting appointment?

Guests will meet with coordinator to sample their chosen cakes and discuss flavor options, tier sizes, pricing, and decoration.

Is a cake tasting required to place a tier cake order?

While a cake tasting allows our guests to become familiar with our cakes or to try something different than what they've had in the past, it is not required; however, a consultation (phone or in-person) is recommended to review.

Can the cake be decorated with fondant?

Our cakes are too light and fluffy to withstand the weight of fondant. Instead, we use non-dairy whipped cream to frost the exterior of our tier cakes.

Where can I find examples of cakes you’ve done?

A small selection of our offerings may be found throughout this page or viewed on Wedding Wire (linked below). It is by no means a comprehensive portfolio of our work or a complete display of our capabilities, so if you have photos you’ve looked at for inspiration from Pinterest or other sources, please feel free to email them to us so that we may consult with our decorators regarding their ability to execute your vision. We would also be happy to brainstorm ideas with you if you have color(s), a theme, or point(s) of reference. As a consideration, we do not do any fondant work.

Can I provide my own decoration to be placed on/around the cake?

Yes, you may provide your own non-floral decorations; however, decorations must be provided 2 days prior to your event date. A waiver/release form must be sign upon drop-off of your item(s).

Are cake stands available for rent?

Yes, we offer round and square cake stands in various sizes and colors. A non-refundable fee of $40 is charged, as well as a $100 security hold.

When should I place my order?

We recommend placing your tier cake order 6 – 8 weeks in advance. A minimum of 2-weeks' notice is required for all tier cakes, if it can be accommodated.

Is an appointment required to place an order?

Yes, all orders are placed by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in orders. This ensures that our coordinator is available to assist you. Appointments are not required to be in person and are available by phone. Appointments can be scheduled.

What type of payment is required to place an order?

A minimum of 25% of the total is due to secure your order and date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your pickup/delivery date.

What is the cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund, your order must be cancelled two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery date. If less than a two-week notice of cancellation is given, the 25% deposit is forfeited. Day-of cancellations will not receive a refund.

Can tier cakes be delivered?

Yes, and all deliveries incur an additional charge.

Where do you deliver?

We generally deliver within a 50-mile radius of our Sepulveda location; however, exceptions may be made based on availability. Please contact our coordinator for further insight. 

How much is delivery?

Delivery prices are location-specific and based on distance and travel time from our Sepulveda location. 

What's the earliest I can have my cake delivered? The latest?

Our delivery hours are generally between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Requests outside of this timeframe are subject to coordinator approval. Deliveries after 5:00pm are subject to an additional fee.

Each tier of your cake can feature a different flavor+filling combination, and every tier is constructed with 3 layers of our delectably light chiffon or classic dense cakes, allowing for 2 layers of filling(s) and maximum customization. 

The most popular combinations are paradise chiffon with fresh strawberries, chocolate chiffon with dobash & butterscotch, guava chiffon with peach bavarian, and classic butter sponge with raspberry preserves, but we encourage you to schedule a cake tasting appointment to discover which pairing is most delicious to you.
